Full renovation of existing three bedroom dwelling by changing the roof pitch, removing the front conservatory to create a new entranceway, strip the inside back to bare frames, reconfigured layout, creating open plan kitchen/dining room with 7 metre stacking slider onto a new Kwila Deck. Cedar archway entry with breeze block wall for privacy. The owner obtained sea views from the master bedroom with large joinery.
